About Mr. Moss...
I currently teach fifth grade students science and social studies at Swiftwater Elementary Center in the Pocono
Mountain School District. This is my eleventh year teaching for Pocono Mountain. I graduated
from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education in 1998. I have also earned
a Master of Science degree in Education through Wilkes University.
I created this site as a resource for students; to add online content to their daily lessons and to offer guided homework assignments. The blog page allows students to discuss current topics from their science and social studies classes. The weekly news provides a preview for upcoming events, test, and quizzes. Homework assignments for all classes are updated nightly. Please feel free to contact me with any suggestions for improvement, ideas, or links you'd like to see added. Enjoy!
